How much does it cost to use a travel agent?
My services are complimentary to you when you book a qualifying vacation through me. That means you do not pay more to use my services than you would pay to purchase directly through the supplier. I also keep an eye out for any promotions that are applicable to you, so working with me may actually save you money versus booking on your own.
How is it free?
That's a great question. The cost of a travel agent is built into the pricing for most suppliers whether you use a travel agent or book on your own. The supplier pays a commission on your trip AFTER you travel. If you book on your own, the supplier just keeps the commission & you do not receive the specialized services of a travel agent (even though you paid for them.)
What parts of the vacation are you responsible for?
I am always in charge of the booking, payments & any modifications. Once booked, I will guide you in the step by step & important dates leading up to your trip. Depending on where you are going & the type of vacation, there are options for how much or how little you want me to help outside of those must do items. Some people find great joy in searching out dining reservations or mapping out a park plan- others prefer for me to handle those things. We can discuss what about the planning process brings you joy, what is most beneficial for me to handle & what is best for you.
Do you book destinations other than Disney Cruise Line, Walt Disney World & Universal Orlando?
Yes! While those are the destinations I booked most heavily, I have many others that I can easily handle such as Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, select other cruise lines, Adventures by Disney, Sandals & Beaches All Inclusive, Disneyland in California, Disneyland Paris, Sea World & Discovery Cove. If you have somewhere you are curious about, feel free to reach out. I will be honest about if it is something I feel comfortable handling. I have trusted agents with different areas of expertise that I can connect you with if they are a better fit for your trip.
