While I do prefer a phone consultation for new guests, I understand that not everyone has time to schedule a call. For that I have a general quote form you can use or you can email me to get started.
During the quote process, my goal is to help narrow down 2-3 options that fit your need. If we are able to have a phone call, we will discuss specific goals you have for the trip & I can answer more questions to begin tailoring the trip to fit your needs best.

2.Choose your preferred option & place a deposit.
After reviewing your quotes, you will choose your preferred option. We can make changes & adjustments so that it fits what you are looking for. As long as we are within the window to do so, I will place a complimentary hold so that you can review the vacation before placing a deposit.
If everything looks great, we will use a secure link to collect payment information & authorize amounts. I will then process your deposit with the supplier. As long as we are outside of final payment windows, Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line & Universal Orlando all have refundable deposits for most vacations.

3. Start planning details.
Once you are booked, I will send over important dates (as well as add them to my calendar) & give you access to any client resources I have for your destination.
As those important dates (such as dining reservations, payment deadlines, online check in dates for cruising & Lightning Lane reservations) approach, I will come along side to make sure you have all of your questions answered & your selections tailored to fit your trip. There is no one size fits all!

4. Make memories on your magical vacation.
Ahead of travel, I will finalize your itinerary & be available to answer any last minute questions.
While you are traveling, I will be on call for any issues that may arise.

5. Repeat
Once you are home, we can begin working on your next magical vacation.
